RESERVATION POLICIES

Check-in / Check-out:

Check-in: 3:00 PM Check-out: 12:00 PM.

Early Check-in / Late Check-out:

Early check-in: 30% of the night's rate will be charged (subject to availability). Late check-out: From 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, the rate will be 30% of the night's rate; after 3:00 PM, the rate will be 100% of the night's rate.

Room Policy:

We do not have smoking rooms. If smoke is detected or the room smells of cigarettes, a $1,000 (plus tax) deep cleaning fee will be charged.

Pet Policy:

Pets of any kind are not allowed on our premises.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

1. Guaranteed reservations:

All reservations must have a deposit equivalent to 50% of the total stay to be considered confirmed and guaranteed.

2. Cancellations in advance:

Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to arrival will incur a 20% penalty on the total reservation amount.

3. Late cancellations or no-shows:

If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date, or if you are a no-show, the deposit will not be refundable.

4. Reservation modifications:

Changes to the date or adjustments to your stay are subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days in advance.
